When the luggage is the problem

A ski holiday does not travel like a business trip. Three passengers, four large suitcases, four carry-on bags, two handbags and ski covers: that is a van, not a saloon — even though three people would fit in a saloon.

That is why we ask for the detail of your luggage rather than a single number. A van confirmed in advance beats a driver discovering the load in the airport car park.

Frequently asked questions

Can you quote several journeys at once?

Yes — it is in fact the most common request. List each journey in the form and you receive a separate price for each, in a single email. Airport arrival, a resort change mid-stay, return trip: three lines, three prices.

Do skis and snowboards count as luggage?

No. Ski covers, snowboards and helmets travel free, on top of your suitcases. Just mention them in the notes: total volume decides the vehicle, and we would rather know beforehand than in the car park.

Which vehicle for 3 people and a lot of luggage?

Three passengers fit in a saloon, but not with four large suitcases, four carry-on bags and skis. In that case we offer a van: same number of passengers, incomparably more boot space. The price stays fixed whatever the declared luggage.

Geneva Airport: French or Swiss side?

Both. We pick up on the French sector as well as the Swiss one — tell us if you know, otherwise your driver works it out from your flight. No surcharge, no paperwork for you.

What if my flight is delayed?

Your flight is tracked in real time. The driver shifts the pick-up to your actual landing time at no extra cost, with one hour of free waiting afterwards.

Are mountain roads safe in January?

Our vehicles carry winter tyres and snow chains from November to April, and the drivers who go up to the resorts do it all season. The last few kilometres to a high-altitude resort are not improvised — that is exactly what you are paying for.

Is the price guaranteed?

Yes. The quoted price is firm and all-inclusive: fuel, tolls, motorway, airport parking, scheduled waiting and luggage. No meter, no surcharge on arrival, no last-minute increase.
