How do I book a private transfer?
Online through the booking form, by phone on +33 7 58 25 68 31, or straight from WhatsApp. Give us the pick-up point, the destination, the date, the time and the number of passengers, and we come back with a firm price.
Is the price final?
Yes. The fare confirmed at booking includes fuel, tolls, the scheduled waiting time and your luggage. It does not change, even in heavy traffic or if roadworks force a detour.
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer or cash depending on the case. Payment is taken after confirmation, either before or at the end of the journey. An invoice is available on request.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that a contribution may be charged, particularly for peak-season resort transfers.
Do you track flights and trains?
Yes. Give us your flight or train number and your driver adjusts his arrival if you are delayed, at no extra cost within the free waiting allowance.
How much luggage can I bring?
Three suitcases and three cabin bags in a saloon, up to seven suitcases in a van. Skis, snowboards, bikes, pushchairs and instruments are all fine — tell us when you book so we send the right vehicle.
Do you carry children?
Yes, with child seats and boosters provided free of charge. Let us know the age and weight of each child when you book.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs and cats are welcome, crated or loose depending on the vehicle and the journey. Please mention it in advance.
Do you cover long journeys?
Yes, with no mileage limit. Beyond 150 km a sliding rate applies automatically, which makes a private transfer a genuine alternative to the train or the plane.
Do you operate outside France?
We cover Switzerland (Geneva, the Valais and the Alpine resorts), as well as the border areas with Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg.
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible transport?
Yes, depending on the area and by prior booking: adapted vehicles and drivers trained to assist.
Can I book several vehicles?
Yes, for groups, weddings, conferences or ski departures. A single point of contact coordinates all the vehicles.
